Please find below the registration form for the summerschool. Note that the default amount of 210 euro covers lunches from Monday - Friday, coffee breaks, conference package, and social dinner. It is possible to register for the social dinner for accompanying persons, the price is 90 euro.
It is possible to give a contributed talk. It is estimated that slots for contributed talks will be between 15 -- 30 minutes. Please indicate whether you are interested to give a contributed talk as well.
