Dear all,
next Tuesday there will be another talk of our informal workshop about the computer software Magma:
https://leandrovendramin.org/team/workshop.html
Who? Andrew Darlington
When? March 17 at 15:00.
About? Paralelization
Where? Seminar room (G.6.60).
The idea is to have short introductory talks in which some of us will explain how to use the basic features of Magma. The talks will be very informal, aiming to create an environment where everyone can ask questions that will hopefully be answered along the way. We are collecting questions and answers here:

Just in case you’re not familiar with it, Magma is a powerful computer algebra system designed for symbolic computations, particularly powerful for algebra and number theory. An online Magma calculator is freely available here: https://magma.maths.usyd.edu.au/calc/
Best,
Leandro
